This initiative offers comprehensive support and resources to individuals and communities grappling with these significant challenges. EMPOWERABILITY
EmpowerAbility goes beyond standard leadership programs by tailoring its curriculum to empower individuals with disabilities, helping them lead purposeful lives. Rooted in confidence-building, adaptive leadership, and community engagement, this program aims to break barriers and create a diverse, inclusive future. Designed specifically for people with disabilities, EmpowerAbility focuses on building confidence and essential leadership skills, enabling participants to shape their desired lives despite physical or cognitive challenges.
EMPOWERPARENT
EmpowerParent is a comprehensive leadership program designed for single mothers and fathers. Our goal is to provide them with essential tools and knowledge to navigate parenthood while developing leadership skills. By merging leadership development with practical parenting skills, we empower single parents to create fulfilling lives and positive environments for themselves and their children.
LEGACYBUILDERS
LegacyBuilders is a youth leadership program for individuals with influential parents. It empowers them to create their own legacies through leadership training, personal development, and community involvement. This initiative helps participants lead purposeful lives, independent of their parents' influence.
PHOENIXRISE
The PhoenixRise Youth Empowerment Program is designed to support youth who have experienced juvenile detention or gang involvement. Through a nurturing environment, building confidence, and providing essential tools, PhoenixRise empowers youth to redefine their stories and pursue their desired lives. Stipends are offered as recognition for their dedication and progress.
